Captain of our boat

Morning Everyone,

Whilst i was growing up, I remember there is this particular song i was taught in church which is called ‘The lord is the captain of my boat’ . The word boat can refer to any form of travelling such as car, air, sea, train etc. I always sing this song like a prayer whenever I am travelling. Below are the words. You can come up with a tune for it.  I can tell you, after i sing this song all fear is gone because I know ‘The Lord is in control’.

Song Lyric:-

The Lord is the captain of my boat, and he will drive me safely ( x2)

I will not be afraid, I rejoice in the Lord

For he is the captain of my boat

However strong the storm maybe, and He will drive me safely ( x2)

Amen
